Shenzhen Chuangshifuer Electronics (Shenzhen Transformer Electronics)
Company Overview
Shenzhen Chuangshifuer Electronics Co., Ltd. (trading in English as Shenzhen Transformer Electronics) was founded in Shenzhen in 2000 and builds magnetic components ā transformers, inductors, and the wound assemblies that sit inside switching power stages. The company describes itself as a national high-tech enterprise and reports over 20 national invention patents in magnetic components for automotive electronics, PV and storage, and LED display applications.
The structure is the classic Shenzhen model: front office, engineering and customer interface in Shenzhen, volume production moved inland to Chenzhou in Hunan province where labour and land are cheaper. That split works well for buyers as long as they understand that the team they meet in Shenzhen is not the team that will run the line, and that process control has to be verified at the inland plant, not assumed from the Shenzhen visit.
Main Products
- High-frequency transformers and inductors for switching power supplies
- Current transformers and sensing magnetics
- Components for EV charging equipment, photovoltaic inverters and energy storage converters
- Automotive electronics magnetics, including the traditional 12 V and 48 V automotive domain
- Magnetics for medical devices, UPS, telecom and industrial power supplies, smart home products
Certifications
The company states ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management certification. It reports introducing a full RoHS production system in 2015 and passing IATF 16949 automotive quality management certification in 2017. Products are described as certified to CCC and UL. For sourcing purposes, treat all of these as claims to be verified: obtain the certificate copy, check the certificate number and scope against the issuing body's public register, and confirm the certified site is the plant actually producing your part. IATF 16949 in particular is site-specific ā a certificate for one facility does not cover another.

Buying Notes
Automotive magnetics are a different buying exercise from industrial ones, and the differentiator is not the price. It is the PPAP package and the traceability of every material lot. Ask for the full PPAP level 3 submission: design records, PFMEA, control plan, MSA on the test equipment, and dimensional and material results on the first article. If the supplier has only ever shipped industrial parts, the PPAP will be thin and you will spend three months building it together.
For LED display and PV applications, the two failure modes I would test for are thermal cycling and moisture. A potted transformer that passes hipot dry can fail after 200 humidity cycles if the potting compound and the bobbin material have different expansion coefficients. Ask for the thermal shock result ā typically 100 cycles between minus 40 and plus 125 °C ā on the actual construction, not on a similar part.
